Perfect fit for my 2015 Jetta SE. It has many extras including 2 USB cables on the back. You'll need a USB extension cable and then route it behind the unit to a spot in the cabin where you can access it and it's out of the way. I like that it requires two mini SD cards (one comes with the unit and contains maps for the built-in GPS navigation). The other could be music or videos, just like USB sticks. I haven't checked if it's possible to disable navigation with music or graphics card. I wish I knew if the unit came with some kind of thin box or something inside the drive. I assume he's there to deliver and secure that piece of equipment. Anyway, I try loading the drive a few times only to find that something is preventing the drive from being fully seated in the slot. I can say that there is such a thing. I'm hoping to pass this on to my installer and see if they can fix it. I would love to see him play on DVD! Also, I got a lot of money from several professional places to install this device ($400-$1100) depending on features and other nonsense. A friend of mine does this as a hobby and I didn't want him to do it at first but lo and behold it was super easy to install on my 2015 Jetta! He pulled out part of the dash and four screws held the factory radio in place and my new unit fit right in. There is a wiring harness that plugs directly into the factory wiring harness. The only problem we had was that the antenna cable between the device and the standard cable was not compatible. So I don't have a radio right now, but we'll figure something out. Hell, I still don't miss AM/FM with all I have right now, and that's without a working DVD. Oh, and the device is set up ready to play while the car is in motion. If you wish to disable this feature, you can do so in the settings. Great buy for the price!
