Programming Error: Interior

Tried everything and couldn't program it on my car. I have a 2010 Chevrolet Impala LTZ. Bought it and was hoping I could program myself and maybe spend $5 to engrave it, but since I can't program I'm going back. I don't have the money to go to the retailer - clues as to why I bought this from Amazon.
