I reported this product back in September. After a while, Revain responded with comments from the seller/manufacturer. I responded to this information from Revain on September 24th and received no response. My reply of September 24th is as follows: Thank you for your reply. I never got the one on 9/8. Yes, I tried blowing off steam at 10/12 minutes and there was plenty of it. Since vapor was being released as expected, I think this indicates the hose was properly connected. I interpreted the situation as a problem with the light rather than a pressure limitation problem. Since this situation is due to a security issue, I disabled it and contacted amazon/you.HTHRoger Wells
