User-friendly: carpet cleaner

Easy to use and you don't have to use a chemical cleaner. I've been to France and I like it a lot so when I came here I wanted it.

High quality few flaws

The steam option initially requires an excessive amount of water, it takes a while to heat up and once you have used all the water you have to wait for it to cool down before refilling the tank . In general, the machine is of good quality, constant supply of steam after heating. Steam cleaning in general is not as easy as it seems. A lot more time than I thought.

This is a great steam cleaner if you have reasonable expectations. I use it to clean everything. Yes, sometimes it will spit at first, but only until steam comes out. I always keep a rag handy to soak up the initial spit. Washing with it is not my favorite use as floor mopping heads need to be used with some care. Holds approximately 25 oz. water and lasts for a reasonable period of time. It takes a long time to cool down before refilling, but for safety reasons. Overall, the quality is better…

Previously reported issue has not been resolved

I reported this product back in September. After a while, Revain responded with comments from the seller/manufacturer. I responded to this information from Revain on September 24th and received no response. My reply of September 24th is as follows: Thank you for your reply. I never got the one on 9/8. I will never go without a Polti

I have had previous versions of this Polti many years before but a larger one. I took a closer look at multi-purpose steamers before deciding to buy another Polti. Once again this is a quality vapor generator! With this machine you can clean anything you can imagine. Garbage! A few questions. Don't buy this if you're trying to fix a bug issue.

I bought it even though it didn't have many reviews because I saw it was recommended on a bed bug website. Firstly, if you are looking for a steam mop then this one will do the trick. If you're looking for a high performance vaporizer with lots of heat, look elsewhere. It doesn't maintain the 212 degrees needed to kill bed bugs instantly (although the bed bug data sheet says it does).
