Very disappointing Collars, Harnesses and Leashes
I am so disappointed. I ordered this extra collar because another extra collar didn't work properly. I connected the new one to the charger. Low, and lo and behold, no charging. I could turn it on and program it, that's all. Immediately after programming, it wouldn't even turn on. I was so impressed with the first collar that I ordered another one. I have contacted DT Systems directly and still have not received a response from them. I would give the collar 0 stars but had to give at least one to represent this.
