charging port very difficult to keep closed resulting in water damage even though these collars are advertised as waterproof.

Our son already had one for our family dog but we have added two more Labrador Retrievers to our family. We knew how good our son was, so we wanted to have him to ourselves. We will only use this brand!

I am so disappointed. I ordered this extra collar because another extra collar didn't work properly. I connected the new one to the charger. Low, and lo and behold, no charging. I could turn it on and program it, that's all. Immediately after programming, it wouldn't even turn on. I was so impressed with the first collar that I ordered another one. I have contacted DT Systems directly and still have not received a response from them. I would give the collar 0 stars but had to give at least one…
