1) Assembling requires patience. It's embarrassing when it's not. I needed my mother's help to assemble it. 2) My husband and I bought this for our 4 year old. So if you have kids, you know that they test the durability of ALL things, even if they don't try too hard. I spent 10-20 minutes using clear tape around the house and reinforcing ALL the overgrown seams and crevices. Glad I did because she dragged this house from one end of our main floor to the other; turned him on his side; Jumping out of windows and not using doors and so on.
