Bad choice - heat lamps

There are no instructions for this product and it's a shame not knowing how to use the switch which appears to be a timer and also a heat indicator. The neck of the lamp is very weak, but the main disadvantage is associated with the switch. Also, this bulb (two were included) is only 50 watts, which is not good for turtles.
