I am a size Large. I'm 6ft 1in, about 175lbs, waist 34in. The large size is just right. It sits well on the shoulders and fits someone with a large waist up to about 36 inches. It is easy to iron. I've just received the item so I can't comment yet on its durability or how it will look after many washes. . Fabric - cotton. This type of fabric has always worn well so I don't expect any problems. I'm including pictures of me wearing it to show how it looks on someone who isn't a sports model.
