The design isn't bad, but after a tense gaming session for several hours, the constant need to ask people to repeat what was said and the irritation of the lack of a second ear makes the product look a bit like a vise . The headphones that come with the headset are great as it's the awesome super earbuds I'm used to. But without another lightweight earbud, it can literally give you a headache. Sound quality is excellent when you're in a quiet room with the TV turned all the way down. Trying to play a multiplayer game and hear people through gunfire is a bit of a challenge to say the least. I've used expensive TB's before and the difference in quality is huge. If the amplification were better or even there, this would be the undisputed best value XB360 headset. It's not a pity.
