My printer says that the toner is not genuine when I insert this cartridge. And no matter what I tried to cheat, my toner wouldn't work in my brother's printer. I like to use the cheaper product from another manufacturer, the product from this provider does not work. I've had others that worked. I just thought this should work with the chip, but it doesn't.
