Updated score.

Unfortunately I have to revise my review of this radio. I'll admit the installation was easy and the wiring harness fit like OE (for that alone I give the unit 1 star - everything else including programming, tech support and customer service is a letdown). That's where my joy in radio ends. The instructions are practically useless. He offers nothing but radio calls. There is no indication of when you might have trouble. I emailed A-Sure about various issues I was having with the device. Unable (or unwilling) to help me, they threw up their hands and demanded that I return the device to Revane. So what was my problem? First, it must be a plug-and-play device that retains the functionality of the OEM device. However, as soon as I turned off the ignition, the radio went off. As you know, OEM radios stay on for up to 20 minutes or until the door is opened. When I first wrote an email about this issue. I was sent an email with an image (see image #3) instructing me to navigate to the screen shown in the email and make adjustments. Well, the screenshot sent to me is not available for end users. They never answered when I explained it to A-Sure. So I went through all the screens I could find and found the screen below. It clearly shows that turning off the radio can be customized. However, after I selected the time I wanted, it didn't work. So of course I emailed A-Sure a photo of the painting. I received a reply that they will contact me within 3 days with a solution. 5 days later I emailed again. Finally, on the 6th day, I got the "answer". He told me that the only way to keep the radio on after turning off the ignition was to "connect it directly to the battery". (idiots). I sent an email why this option cannot be programmed as shown in the screenshot. I was told that "no aftermarket radio can replace 100% OEM functionality." They also suggested that I should discard my battery if I leave the radio running for a period of time after turning the ignition off - LOL ! I mean, my god, what kind of batteries did they get back home? The truth is that while the firmware on this device is fairly up to date, the software development team (or "Technical College" as they call themselves) is incompetent and doesn't know what it is. does. There are other programming questions, but I don't want to bore you with them. Suffice to say you get what you pay for. If I knew what poor programming works on this radio I would have spent the extra money to get a fully featured unit. I DO NOT recommend this radio to anyone looking for an aftermarket OEM upgrade! Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere - maybe on an American made product like I should have.
