I use headphones to fall asleep at night, unfortunately they are uncomfortable and inevitably fall off or wake me up because they are so uncomfortable. I have tried headphones in the ear, in the auricles and on the neck, nothing works. Until this one! So easy to set up and so convenient to use. No ear pain when sleeping on side, great sound and so far I've slept 3 1/2 nights on 1 charge so I'd say it performs excellently in that regard. Very important.
