Bugify provides all the tools to create features for our products. It's very easy to use from the moment I installed it until now. The support is great and they are constantly improving the product in every way possible! I have not found any dislike. We use the software at work where we can solve issues with our customers. We help them and provide them with solutions to their problems. We also share our knowledge with them about new technologies. We also teach them how to solve their own issues. The only thing that bugs me is one thing. Sometimes it takes time to write down the problem details but when you do there's no need to delete the bug. You can keep it as is and just add your input. There are lots of benefits using this product.
