Bugify Review

Bugify provides all the tools to create features for our products. It's very easy to use from the moment I installed it until now. The support is great and they are constantly improving the product in every way possible! I have not found any dislike. We use the software at work where we can solve issues with our customers. The ability to create issues from within our WordPress site (which we use for customer reporting). It's also very easy in using this software if you're not experienced with it yet - I was able help my colleagues learn how quickly! Nothing too much at all really but maybe more explanations of what each button does or an easier way around certain functions that may be confusing would have been helpful because i'm new myself so there could always improve things as well :) Good product though…

It's easy to add new features or change existing ones; it has great support for custom fields (e-mail notifications are particularly useful); there were no downsides that I can think of! The admin interface is very intuitive so that it's easy to use for non-technical users.The dashboard view of each project makes it really easy to locate bugs reported by team members. It could be more customizable but as I said before this isn't an issue related with bugify itself but rather its configuration in general.
