I love this case for my iPod. It has small pockets where you can put small notes. It's definitely strong. I once dropped my iPod with the lid on and it was shatterproof. The strap that comes with it works too. You just hang it on your arm for fear of dropping the iPod, but be careful not to swing it too hard. Nothing is 100 percent.
