Wrench won't fit mounting bracket

We installed one of these on our excavator behind a shield in a very tight spot and had trouble tightening the bracket bolt. Neither SAE nor metric wrenches will fit the nut holding the mounting bracket in place. We found other lamps in the package had the same problem. There is a manufacturing defect. These are bright lights, and where you have enough room to mount them and use an adjustable wrench to tighten the mount, they're fine. I wouldn't buy them again.
