The best thing I like most from this software is its ability of providing great insights for my business as well as being able to solve problems which are related with it in real time. It also has some very cool features such as live chat integration or social media integrations allowing me to interact directly with users without having to wait until they reach out to the support team. There's nothing really bad i dislike but everything is pretty good. I would recommend trying it just once at least so you can have more experience using it before going ahead with any purchase decisions. My main problem was getting clients' data into our CRM system. They used to send us their information manually by e-mailing them one piece of paper per client. This process took forever! With alterra we were able to collect all the info straight away from different sources (Google Forms, Google Sheets) and import those files into our platform right away.
