Alterra Answers - Great tool that solves many issues

The best thing I like most from this software is its ability of providing great insights for my business as well as being able to solve problems which are related with it in real time. It also has some very cool features such as live chat integration or social media integrations allowing me to interact directly with users without having to wait until they reach out to the support team. Great experience and excellent customer care

I love how simple it is for my staff members to use to answer their customers needs! It's so easy they don't even realize when someone calls with a question or need. The fact that this program can be used anywhere in our business makes our job much easier. Nothing yet but we are excited of what could happen from here! Great Way To Connect With Your Audience Quickly

I like how accurate it can be with its results for queries answered through our Q&A bot software as well! Sometimes there's lag in getting more than one answer back when we ask many at once (i'm not sure what could cause this).
