I love how simple it is for my staff members to use to answer their customers needs! It's so easy they don't even realize when someone calls with a question or need. The fact that this program can be used anywhere in our business makes our job much easier. Nothing yet but we are excited of what could happen from here! We have not found anything that really bugs me as far as any negative thing about answering phones so far. If you're looking into using this service give them some samples of different scenarios you may get asked that will make sense to know if you need more training than needed or just do it yourself right away. Making sure all reps understand the product well enough to explain to others.
