I like how accurate it can be with its results for queries answered through our Q&A bot software as well! Sometimes there's lag in getting more than one answer back when we ask many at once (i'm not sure what could cause this). A very helpful tool if you are having issues answering FAQs or other support needed from users of any product/service via chatbot services such as ours - great way of keeping communication lines open even during peak hours without being flooded by tons upon TONS of requests!! The ability has been greatly improved over previous solutions which were much less efficient compared side their modern counterparts they now use today. This definitely does wonders towards helping us keep up quick responses within minutes so people don't have go elsewhere while waiting times get longer due to lack thereof. ! We've had no problems thus far but do see where some benefits would come along after seeing.
