Too soon after purchase before I can give a full review. But so far: - I'm very happy with the fit and feel so far. -Compared to other shoes I've worn, the arch support feels right on center. Not extreme, but not flat like traditional New Balances either. I like the overall look and structure. I didn't want the mesh because I've seen many reviews of other trekking and hiking shoes mentioning that the mesh comes from the front toe. I wanted something more robust for bad weather and cooler times. Haven't really tested them yet and will update as soon as I do! - They have excellent traction with no deep treads - Only 2 flaws that may go away if I wear more of these: The laces are good but not tied. The back of the shoe above the heel feels a bit odd where you notice the padding. Again I think it's just style and after some wear and tear it won't be an issue. I rarely order shoes online but considering I've had a pair of Columbia hiking boots for years and they just blew up late last year (airbag shot through the left side and they're cool! Thought it couldn't hurt to buy them give it a try so far I'm glad I did and can understand why the people who gave them 5 stars did.
