Review on ☕️ Hamilton Beach 49615C 12-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker in Black by Janalee Black

This coffee maker worked great right out of the box. After only 3 months the programmable display stopped working and I was unable to program the coffee maker which was the main reason I bought this product. I have to send it back and get a refund because the coffee maker was sent by a third party, which means I can't exchange it for a new one. Once I get my refund I will look for another coffee maker and hope the next one will last longer than 3 months. Update: SquareTrade's extended guarantee is useless as they are unresponsive and fail to honor their guarantee. I ended up contacting Hamilton Beach and they sent me a new, identical coffee maker. I am happy with Hamilton Beach. I am not happy with Square Trade as they never responded. Revain instructed that the next step would be to file a lawsuit with Square Trade. Complete nonsense.
