This air conditioner cools my office well. The only thing that bothers me is that by default it mounts completely flat and I understand that it needs to be tilted a bit to properly drain the water. As you adjust the level, the water collects and you can hear it sloshing every time the fan is turned on. For the time being, I set it up provisionally so that it has an incline of about eight degrees. It helps, but even I can sometimes hear the water lapping. I'll take it apart and find out what's going on, but for now he has to live like this. It would be nice if it worked right away, but I can live with what I have now.
