It is easy to get in touch via email if there needs to be immediate attention given to something within our systems. Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours before they come back to us so please keep this in mind when contacting them! We use their help desk mainly for troubleshooting issues but also sometimes just to talk through ideas we've had about how things could work better overall.
