Helps me fall asleep again.

Yes, it is a heat source. No, it's not a problem if it's winter in Oregon. It weighs 15 pounds, so it won't move while you sleep. Doesn't slide to the ground when moving in the dream. I wake up easily, noisy neighbors, animals, worries about money, life. Ever since I put it on my bed I wake up but fall back asleep faster. I'm sleeping now, I just haven't slept. So this blanket is saving lives from this sleepless and very grumpy woman. 😊
