I've learned the hard way that next to nothing is chew proof. If my Mastiff hasn't chewed on something then chances are he'll scratch it with his nails. We've gone through numerous beds that he has successfully destroyed. Now that he's almost 2 and has hygroma we knew we had to find a soft bed that he wouldn't chew. This seems to be the solution. We've only had it a few days and he did make one attempt to chew but was immediately corrected. He seems to like this bed and my children want to lay down with him, if they can find a drool free spot.
