The machine is not of the best quality as I have had it for about 10 months and I have probably used it less than 10 times and the handle has come loose from the twist grip. Guess I was too excited to get this for such a good price and didn't read all the 1 and 2 star reviews I normally (and should) do. However, it works fine. Most of the negative feedback was because you didn't know how to use the machine or it didn't have instructions; With the internet at our fingertips, there are guides for pretty much everything. We've used it several times to make pasta (the ravioli maker worked well) which turned out to be very good; and twice we used it to roll out chicken and dumpling sheets (delicious). If I have to buy another one (it's now a must have tool in my kitchen utensil bag that I can't do without), I'll spend a few bucks more and buy a better rated machine, but now I've made a new pen and hopefully lasts he us for a while?
