I love my pasta roll. I made homemade dumplings for Christmas as soon as I got them. I used ravioli rollers to make the mini ravioli you see in the picture. There was no information in the instruction/recipe book about this procedure, so I watched a YouTube video. It was a bit difficult to peel the ricotta off the rolls. There are no instructions for the product. It's not very difficult to understand, but at least one cutting plotter with labeling of different cuts and easy setup. Oh, and an easy pasta recipe would be a nice touch. It's supposed to have a ravioli cutter, but the only thing I can see up close are 1 inch squares.
