There are no instructions for the product. It's not very difficult to understand, but at least one cutting plotter with labeling of different cuts and easy setup. Oh, and an easy pasta recipe would be a nice touch. It's supposed to have a ravioli cutter, but the only thing I can see up close are 1 inch squares. I don't think that's the problem, but I don't know what it is or where the ravioli knife is. In fact I haven't used it yet. Seems very solid. I will update when I use it. Update: Adequate instructions and product demos were found on YouTube, but I really think they should include basic assembly, parts identification, and video links. I found that the unidentified portion was actually ravioli, but they are small. The great thing is that this attachment completely collects (fills and seals) the stuffed ravioli you want to use. I made spaghetti noodles and they were easy to make and tasted great. Being older and less muscular than before, I followed the advice I read. Instead of kneading by hand over and over again, I used the roller in a wider position a couple of times. It worked very well. So overall a good product if you want to make your own pasta.
