As the name suggests this crate looks solid and was easy to put together. I will say that one of the pre-installed screws was missing when I received my box, but they include a different type of screw (to mount another box on top of this one) that fits nicely in the hole. This box isn't portable like the old metal wire I had, but that's why I bought this one. My dog was able to open the last box, but he can't open this one. However, he bent part of the metal wire on the door. But he didn't run away. Oh and I spoke to the vet about his anxiety and he is now on sedatives and trying not to flare up when I go to work.
