The overflow on these is an issue with bowl sinks.

By the time we were ready to install the drain the return window had closed. These will not work on most bown or basin sinks. According to the plumber, the overflow ill cause it to leak over time unto the vanity and create continuing issues. It is attractive, but useless to us and un-returnable. Just bad business not to return on housing reno's or new builds. Note to self.
