I have owned about 10 pools that I have serviced over the course of 20 years. I'm impressed with the quality. Here in Arizona, the scorching sun and its hot radiant heat are really taking its toll on these devices. I installed one of several I ordered and added a cap made from a 2" PVC pipe plug to protect the gauge from the hot sun. I've started installing these caps on all gauges that will be exposed to the sun. .
