Bought these gloves to take to Zion to hike through tight spots in cold weather. I wanted something that would keep my hands warm and dry while still allowing me to hold my hiking poles well. You did it! They don't warm you very much, but they protect your hands from the wind and, to a very high degree, from water. My hands got a little sweaty, but they weren't too warm or too cold, if that makes sense. They fit snugly like they should and while I was able to squeeze a hand warmer in, it's not very comfortable. I also recently wore them on a fishing trip in Pennsylvania in late December. They kept my hands dry and at a comfortable temperature and made it easy to cast and roll up. I had to take it off to have the proper dexterity to hook the bait but it didn't really matter. Excellent value for money and quality!
