Wheels look and feel well constructed and will hold up to the abuse. However, after less than 30 days of use, the library's book trolleys break down. The problem, I believe, is that the rubber, like the outer "tread", needs to buckle and stretch under load, making it so loose that it doesn't stay on the plastic wheel underneath. As it rolls, the rail tries to go sideways, and the plastic wheel keeps pushing the carriage up and down, making the carriage very difficult to push. It looks like the trolley's second wheel will do the same.
