Noise on the line where others can hear it.

Quality sounds good. The problem I had was that the headphones emitted a loud noise that other people on the call could hear but I couldn't. Disconnecting and reconnecting got rid of static electricity, but I had to do this multiple times during the call. Updated to MPOW and love the new headset.

Pros

Inline volume control and microphone mute. You can adjust the headset volume or mute it during a call if it is uncomfortable during a call. External smart mute button with LED indicator.
