I bought two of these fans. FAN #1: At my mom's house, the temperature ranges from 22 to 24 degrees during the Florida summer months, so I needed a nice and quiet fan. This happened on both occasions and worked great until I got used to the temperature in the house. I also took it with me in the car. Charged via USB. The charge lasts about 3 hours in continuous operation. FAN #2: I ordered the exact same thing and shipped it to my home in the Northeast, but the results were different. It looks the same but with a handle. Still quiet, but didn't work that well in my small workspace above 80 degrees.
