Amazing is not a strong enough word for this product. It picks up detail very well, fine fine detail. This product was first introduced to me at Gencon, I've used it in several builds, it's been used on stage and it has exceeded expectations time after time. I've used 325 for props, but it's also been used to make everyday items. When mixed properly it is a fairly dense clear color and takes color really well! I have yet to find a Smooth-On product that I can't supply! Easy to use, can be customized for multiple uses and when I approached Smooth-On they had people who really know their product and make sensible suggestions based on experience. Both the product and the Smooth-On vendor here at Revain are rock solid. I made the Corvo mask, the fake tool marks I made on the monster's plasticine transferred perfectly to the final cast. In the second picture of the assembly process you can see where the copper wire was bent to fit the part. The 325 self withstood the abuse with no problem. The last shot was part of another build and I had to mask off half of it for the paint. The frame shows what the 325 looked like before and after painting, as well as small details that could be captured. I didn't do vacuum castings, they were all straight castings with Oomoo 30 and Smooth Cast 325.
