I've been on keto for about 6 months and one of the hardest things for me is staying in ketosis all day. This keto supplement allows me to mix up a batch about every 3-4 hours. Best flavor formula is based on trial and error, but I think I found my "best flavor zone" by mixing 2 scoops in a 12 ounce container with ice water. Shake and mix thoroughly. Pour 6 oz into a mug or 16 oz glass and fill the rest of the mug with ice water. This reduces the bitter or "salty" taste of the supplement, at least to my taste buds. The best part is that this product helps me lose about 0.98 pounds a day. My daily routine: I eat 2 eggs and 2 sausages for breakfast (I order them from the McDonald's menu) and 1 large black coffee. At 10 a.m. I blend, make a batch of my Patriot Pop keto supplement and drink it until noon, then eat 2.6 ounces of Star Kist Hickory Smoked Tuna with MCT oil blended and wash it down with my keto supplement. I'm mixing up another batch of keto supplements. and that usually lets me survive around 5pm. I might add that I drink about 48 ounces of water throughout the day. a cup of steamed spinach or broccoli. Doesn't seem like a lot of food, but to be honest the keto supplement seems to keep me full when I'm not hungry for lunch. I give this product high marks for taste and it really works.
