Just connect and start working immediately!

I had problems connecting 2 microphones with 1/4" mono jacks to the mixer. I tried a 1/4" mono to XLR adapter, but they didn't help. Work. I'm still not sure if those old mics are bad or if the adapters I bought were junk. So I had to spend a little more and bought this microphone. I was amazed and delighted when right out of the box it just worked with my blender, no hiccups or wonder why it wasn't working, no it just worked, no questions asked. The way its "cardoid design" is meant to capture sound is great for the gym PA system I use it for. It just picks up my voice and does a great job not picking up anything the PA speakers are playing. Thanks to the mixer I have, I can hear the music already playing through the microphone, it's easy to make announcements for the whole gym so everyone can hear them loud and clear, and I can even sing karaoke if I want to . Comes with its own clip which I think you can easily screw onto your mic stand, as well as a 'Shure' branded sticker and a nice soft carry case.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
