The kit did not include any screws for mounting the back!
and such, but there was no fasteners in the kit, I had to buy a screw at a hardware store, very inconvenient. It sits very far forward and you can't adjust that part so it's not great if you're tall, I'm 6ft 3" and it pushes me forward into an odd sitting position. It doesn't have instructions, but it's a fairly simple installation process.
