If you're thinking about using a grounding shoe, just note that the rubber insole has been glued to the main piece of leather. This insole does not contribute to grounding. I was able to remove most of it bit by bit, but I don't know if there's any glue left preventing grounding. If you don't understand what I'm talking about, these moccasins will most likely suit you. I found my size to be a bit big, my shoe size is 8 so I bought 7/8. If I buy from this company again I get a 6/7. I ended up with an old leather jacket that needed redoing and a nice piece of sheepskin. Before lacing this shoe I traced the pattern including some design and sizing changes and will be making a few more pairs soon. Overall I gave it 5 stars because it's a good moccasin set for those who don't grind/grind. (google it) I think the manufacturers should have made a choice by including the insole separately and showing on the leather where to glue it if you want. I cut out another piece of leather and make my own base sole, using shoe glue only around the edges of the sole.
