We take our dogs to the lake regularly and this 15ft leash makes it possible. Once the dogs get tired of swimming, we tie them up in a shady spot that's still close to the water, and we're there with these leashes. 15 feet gives them enough leash to roam and explore their territory a bit. Our dogs are a 65 lb American Bully and a 50 lb American Bully and this leash is great for both. We've used it a few times and it's holding up great. We also bought a 5 foot leash for our 50 lb American Bully as a regular walking leash and it worked great. He likes to pull when he's excited and I like that I don't have to worry about the line snapping or being so flimsy that it will cut my hand.
