We received one of these pillows as support for a frontline healthcare worker during this COVID season. We were so grateful and the pillow was so comfortable we ordered another one! This company cares about people and that says a lot. I consider myself a pillow connoisseur and this one is great. It has pieces of memory foam and you can slide it to fit your head, ears, hands, etc. You can take some of the padding or add some (it comes with an extra pack of padding to adjust as needed). not hot at all. Highly recommended!
