Don't think they work at all
I hooked them up to the back of my Scarlet Solo (2nd Gen) and then to bookshelf speakers and the sound output was minimal at best. This may be user error on my part, but as far as I know it should be fairly easy plug and play and I didn't get anything from them on my Scarlet (which again could be my fault as I assume it's embedded AMP).
