Do yourself a huge favor and check the mating surface for the brake hose connector BEFORE installing it. My caliper should never have passed quality control. The expander sealing surface was nicked and uneven. I replaced the expanders twice but the caliper was still leaking brake fluid. It was NEVER supposed to pass quality control. The matting surface was uneven, pitted and has a deep cut Since I ruled out the possibility of creating a seal, I was lucky that I had found it before using it on the highway, otherwise it could have caused a serious accident, I ended up getting a refurbished one Caliper from my local car dealership as I don't have time ha tte to get a replacement by Revain Attached are pictures showing p The difference between an ACDelco 'rebuild' and a dealership rebuild. You were made in China. I bought all four calipers, turned in the core paperwork, and returned the old calipers (which were in much better shape than the rebuilt ones). ACDelco just sent me a check for one of the yokes! No more ACDelco for me. I really hope that ACDelco will actually review the return and deny it. I negotiate the cost and don't send them back as they'll probably just repackage them for the next person to carry.
