LOLONG is an online boutique that sells, ostensibly, fashionable and reasonably priced items for women. However, my interactions with the company have been disappointing. Although there appears to be a wide selection of goods, the quality of those goods is subpar. In addition to receiving shoes that were both uncomfortable and poorly built, the apparel items I got did not match the specifications given on the internet. You get what you pay for, even if the pricing seem fair. There was a delay in shipping and the customer service employees were rude. Shoppers that prioritize quality and service over quantity and low pricing should avoid LOLONG.
