The ear pads slide up and down the pole instead of popping out like every other headphone I've had. So if you have a small or medium sized head like my wife who I bought it for, you'll look like a complete idiot in it. If you have a big head they will be fine. We had to send them back. I love Sennheiser in general and have another pair of headphones from them that have lasted over 15 years. It's just an insanely stupid design.
