Good soft thick pillow. Unfortunately I doubt it will survive multiple baths over time without getting nasty. Should be waterproof because keeping it out of the soapy water in the bathroom would be impractical and soaking up those soaps and oils would inevitably ruin it, even if you bother to wash it after every bath, which just isn't it is it worth. an effort.
