Very disappointed. The product worked very well for 9 days, just long enough to throw away the packaging needed to return it. There was a spare fuse in the box but the packing material that came with it didn't tell you how to replace it and that was the problem. I will just buy my next key from Walmart where I can at least exchange/return it if needed. Edit: I received an email from them the day after I posted the original review without asking. They happily and quickly sent me a new one, also unsolicited, and it's been working great for a few weeks now. Excellent customer service!
